By installing and using WebArchive Cards ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

WebArchive Cards is a browser extension that allows you to:

• Save web page content as organized cards
• Automatically tag and categorize saved content
• Search and filter your saved cards
• Export your data in JSON format

The Extension operates entirely locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to external servers.

3. License

WebArchive Cards is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Your content: You are solely responsible for the content you save using the Extension
• Legal compliance: Ensuring your use of the Extension complies with applicable laws
• Backup: Maintaining backups of your saved data (use the export feature)
• Respect for others: Not using the Extension to infringe on others' rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension's source code, design, and documentation are protected by copyright law. The Extension name, logo, and branding are trademarks of the developers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The Extension will meet your specific requirements
